For this client, an immediate need was found with recruitment. With the shortages of workers, and many jobs to fill, we knew attracting high-quality staff members would be of utmost importance. We also saw a need to transition the brand identity into the digital age. Brand awareness was strong, but the lack of presence on social media and with new mediums such as video would hinder growth with younger audiences moving into the future.
To attract new, high-quality staff we crafted a video strategy that focused on showcasing the unique culture and wide assortment of opportunities available at Summit Place Kia. These videos would be used online to target potential employees where they browse. Additionally, we took on the challenge of modernizing the brand image for this client and boosting their presence on social media with everything from viral clips for social, to customer testimonials to enhance the social proof behind the brand identity. Since the branding was already strong, the goal with this one was to adapt the current branding and bring it to a new audience, while also supplementing their current audience with further social proof content.
With the distribution of these company culture assets onto recruiting platforms the results are ongoing. Educating the current workforce on the benefits of working at Summit Place Kia will ultimately increase applications to their service and sales departments. The promotional assets saw an immediate response with over 600 unique visitors pushed through to the site through a single YouTube ad campaign and these efforts are also ongoing.
